Friday Poetry – Once for All to Save

A fascination with the unknown – passion for what’s not seen;

Understanding overtones – living in between.

Dying to be heard again – for the sins of man.

Reaching in the hearts of all – the righteous and the dammed.

Power failure, short of breathe, hiding the obscene;

Behind the veil lies and truth will forever stand.

Needy, hurting wanting more, to the least of these;

Falling blackness time untold, brought down to his knees.

In the end He’ll come again – once for all to save;

In the end He’ll come again – once for all to save.
