So, I have been racking my brain all day trying to come up with something to post today so I could get to 20 posts before the end of February.

And while this might be cheating, I am using it as it’s kind of exciting news and scary all at the same time.

I am now on Twitter – that’s right and I have absolutely NO idea what I am doing.

So, if you’re a twitter-er, or a twittite, or a twit-head or just a a twit  – what do we call ourselves – then follow me and I will follow you in return.

I think the following info is all you need to find me – if not PLEASE let me know.

Why Do I Question My Value?

Should I take notes?

It is so hard to hear the words. There is so much noise! I feel the murmuring all around me. The air is filled with nothing. It is suffocating. Their noise batters me. I am on my knees begging for it all to stop. I SCREAM. I want to sob uncontrollably, with reckless abandon, to pour out my heart, my pain. I want to dissolve into nothing. (more…)

The Cost of Truth

I watch a lot of TV.

That may be the biggest understatement of this very young year but it is, however unfortunate, true.

The most watched type of show is the crime drama. We watch shows about writers, con-men, people that suffer from OCD and people that claim to by psychic – just to name a few – that are all helping the police because their particular skill is better than professionally trained officers. (more…)

Of Faith and Cats

Our picture of Storm

I often wonder how many times a day God looks down on me and shakes his head in haughty derision.

I also wonder, at those times when he sees that I “get it” does he start jumping up and down like a father that just watched his son hit a home run or score a touchdown to win the BIG game, only to be befuddled as to why I do not use my new found knowledge. (more…)
